Dealer Sites Platform
I was assigned as a lead designer for the Dealer Sites Platform. The pilot market was Chevrolet Brazil.
I started with a competitive analysis, looking at how other car brands sites relate with their dealer sites. One of the findings was that if we leave too much freedom to the dealers, they do whatever they want, and we end up with a variety of unrelated sites and the overall quality of the websites is compromised (United States case).
The proposed approach was to create a uniform look and feel, like it was in use by Opel in Europe, but at the same time giving enough customization so they can address their business needs.

The platform was designed to be responsive, so the sites would work in mobile, tablet and desktop.
