Yahoo! Health Redesign
This project was designed while I was working within Yahoo! Flex Force (2010), which was a centralized UX team.
We were assigned to projects ranging from a month or two to six months.
The scope was to evaluate the previous version of Yahoo! Health and add content coming from HealthLine (1000 +conditions). I was the only designer assigned and was responsible for either information architecture, interaction and visual design.
The pages designed spec'd included:
• Home page
• Health Topics (Conditions page)
• Hub page - Conditions that had multiple conditions within it, like Cancer, Skin Conditions and others.
• Within a Topic, the left navigation would have different sections like News, Videos, Images and Tools.
